Responsibility
- Execute safe and timely delivery of goods from Kuantar outlets to customers across assigned Bali regions.
- Purchase and maintain required Kuantar-branded attributes (e.g., uniforms, vehicle decals) to uphold professional standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Recommend high-performing drivers and potential outlet partners to the Kuantar team for network expansion.
- Inspect vehicle condition regularly to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Track and report delivery metrics, including time efficiency, customer feedback, and route optimization.
- Collaborate with outlet staff to verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Adhere to all local traffic regulations and Kuantarās code of conduct.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (SIM A or C) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery, logistics, or customer-facing roles (preferably in Bali).
- Familiarity with Baliās roads, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Ownership of a reliable motorbike or car (proof of registration and insurance required).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Physical ability to lift and transport packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- Tech-savvy with experience using GPS navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze).
- Self-motivated, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance.
