As a key member of our engineering and construction division, you will play a vital role in transforming conceptual designs into precise structural drawings that adhere to the highest industry standards.

Responsibility
- Create and maintain accurate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Interpret engineering sketches, site survey data, and design notes to produce professional-grade technical documents.
- Ensure all drawings strictly comply with local building codes, company standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to resolve design discrepancies during the construction phase.
- Maintain systematic filing and version control of all drafting project documentation.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on drawing progress and technical design challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings upon the completion of site construction projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Drafter in a construction or property development company.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, or BIM software is a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
