Responsibility
- Manage, organize, and maintain all data center documentation, including technical manuals, SOPs, and compliance records.
- Ensure accurate version control and distribution of documents to authorized personnel.
- Develop and implement efficient document management systems to improve accessibility and retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and update project documentation.
- Monitor document workflows to ensure timely approvals and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the completeness and accuracy of stored documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data center information.
- Provide administrative support for document-related requests and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proven experience in document control, records management, or a similar administrative role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and document management software.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
