Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the organization’s document control system in strict alignment with ISO standards.
- Oversee the systematic filing, retrieval, and archiving of company records, both physical and digital.
- Conduct regular document audits to ensure accuracy, version control, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to update and standardize operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all controlled documents are distributed to the correct personnel and obsolete copies are disposed of properly.
- Prepare and manage reports regarding document compliance for internal and external quality audits.
- Provide training and support to staff regarding proper documentation practices and version management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Library Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in document control, records management, or administrative support within a corporate or clinical environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO quality management systems and document compliance standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and document management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
