Responsibility
- Manage and process customs documentation to ensure timely clearance of goods in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate distribution logistics, including delivery scheduling, route optimization, and carrier management.
- Process and track customer orders accurately, ensuring on-time delivery and resolution of any discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on distribution activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to local and international compliance standards for transportation and warehousing.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to streamline operations.
- Monitor and resolve logistical challenges, including delays, damages, or service issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or customs operations, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and local logistics practices in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
