Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, sorting, and distributing of goods within the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery confirmations.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule and track inbound/outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and containers while adhering to weight and handling guidelines.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update stock levels and transaction records.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics (1+ years preferred).
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory software or MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Certification in forklift operation or warehouse safety is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or weekends.
