Responsibility
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide analytics strategy to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of data analysts and performance managers.
- Design and implement robust performance measurement frameworks and KPIs to track business success.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate analytical insights into strategic business initiatives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data visualization dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance data accuracy, processing speed, and reporting capabilities.
- Champion a data-centric culture by promoting data literacy across all departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data languages (SQL, Python, or R).
