Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly WiFi service subscription targets.
- Proactively prospect new clients through door-to-door sales, community engagement, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our WiFi packages to potential customers clearly and persuasively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve potential concerns regarding service installation and pricing.
- Collaborate with the field marketing team to maximize brand visibility in assigned territories.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in direct sales, telecommunications, or retail is highly preferred.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working in a field-based (outdoor) sales environment.
- Own a smartphone and have basic proficiency in digital reporting tools.
