Responsibility
- Process and verify supplier invoices and payment requests in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and execute disbursement transactions, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and disbursements.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Generate financial reports related to disbursements and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, disbursement, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus but not required.
