Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative digital and social media strategies for travel and lifestyle brands.
- Build and nurture relationships with KOLs, influencers, and media partners to amplify brand reach.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and manage integrated campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative content ideas aligned with client goals.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital tools and platforms to enhance engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital/social media management, preferably in PR or travel/lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of successful influencer and KOL collaborations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to campaign development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.
