Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs, conversion rates, CTR) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product listings, promotions, and customer experience on e-commerce channels.
- Identify and leverage market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to refine sales and marketing approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with digital partners, influencers, and affiliates to expand brand reach.
- Create compelling content (copy, visuals, videos) tailored for digital sales funnels and social media campaigns.
- Implement SEO/SEM best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, e-commerce, or sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Proficiency in paid advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling, content creation, and brand positioning.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing digital landscapes.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
