Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for Summareconâs properties in Bali.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with high-quality, on-brand content.
- Create and curate engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to local and international audiences.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (events, retail, PR) to align digital campaigns with offline initiatives and promotions.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure innovative and competitive strategies.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and partners to amplify brand messaging and drive community growth.
- Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field, preferably in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or events.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and growing social media communities.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through digital media.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.
