Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across various digital channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and vendors to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
