Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms to meet KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.
- Create and test high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party tools, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend allocation across channels for maximum ROI.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to innovate campaign strategies.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting performance, learnings, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3+ years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) with a track record of success.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing automation tools.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for ad copy and stakeholder reporting.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in campaign optimization.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with strong time-management skills.
