Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Create and optimize engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust campaigns for maximum performance.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with A/B testing to improve CTR and lower CAC.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and nurture lead generation funnels through CRM tools and marketing automation.
- Stay updated with digital marketing best practices and recommend innovative solutions to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
