Responsibility

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Optimize ad spend and performance across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to maximize ROI.
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, CAC, LTV) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-converting landing pages, ads, and multimedia assets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the digital landscape.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, emails, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and recommend innovative tactics to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
