Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and SEO channels.
- Create and curate engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) aligned with brand voice and current trends.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement, conversions, ROI) to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to innovate marketing approaches.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with budget efficiency.
- Build and nurture community engagement through interactive initiatives and influencer partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify audience insights and competitive opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio of past work.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and keyword optimization.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
