Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns, including keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and Google Ads.
- Create and curate high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI, bounce rates) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Oversee social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) with a focus on community growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure brand consistency and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing tactics.
- Manage paid advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively across platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush) and Google Analytics/Tag Manager.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Creative mindset with graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) is advantageous.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
