Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals to increase online visibility and revenue.
- Create, curate, and optimize engaging content (blogs, social media posts, videos, etc.) tailored to target audiences.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Conduct SEO/SEM analysis and implement on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives and customer acquisition.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop data-driven strategies and compelling narratives.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or video editing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
