Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing).
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, social media posts, videos) aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital tools to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Build and nurture customer relationships through targeted email and CRM strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audience insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with content creation (copywriting, graphic design basics, or video editing is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
