Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct SEO and SEM research to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.
- Build and nurture email marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention and conversions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or creative industry.
- Strong proficiency in social media management, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns.
