Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Create and oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep strategies innovative and effective.
- Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI across various channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
