Responsibility

  • Plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging written, graphic, and video content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website traffic using Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and promote attractive travel packages and seasonal promotions.
  • Manage and maintain the company website to ensure optimal user experience and SEO-friendliness.
  • Identify digital trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data.
  • Engage and build relationships with online communities, influencers, and customers to enhance brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in the travel/tourism industry.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting capabilities.
  • Basic graphic design skills (proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) and video editing capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Highly organized, creative, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
