Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive lead generation and sales.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, challenges, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for campaign execution and project management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media campaigns, lead generation, and project management.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results (e.g., increased leads, sales, or engagement).
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com to track progress and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a results-driven mindset.
