Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize sales administration processes, including order tracking, CRM updates, and customer communications.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, social posts, ads) tailored to target audiences.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and inventory in digital systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales administration, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with social media management (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram) and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for automotive parts, e-commerce, or B2B sales is a plus.
