Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute digital marketing packages and campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and web.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create cohesive and engaging digital assets that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Manage and optimize marketing workflows, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to best practices in digital production.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Support the team in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role, with a focus on production and execution.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
