Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive student enrollment for Mapúa University.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage and grow the university’s online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., admissions, academic departments, and creative teams) to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other data platforms to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Oversee the production of engaging digital content, including videos, blogs, infographics, and webinars, tailored to prospective students and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the education sector.
  • Manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on campaign performance, KPIs, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
