Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of data-driven campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and presentations.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
- Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the mobile technology industry or a passion for tech innovation is a strong advantage.
