Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising) to maximize ROI and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics (KPIs, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and leverage data insights to refine strategies and optimize spend.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning to ensure cost-effective and high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both internally and with external partners (agencies, influencers, vendors).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams and large-scale campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through digital channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Deep understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in content strategy, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong project management and budgeting skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
