Responsibility
- Lead Performance Marketing: Develop and execute high-impact paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
- Social Media Strategy: Oversee end-to-end social media planning, content creation, and community engagement to boost brand loyalty and reach.
- KOL & Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with key opinion leaders to expand brand credibility and audience.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor KPIs (CAC, CTR, conversion rates) and leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) to refine strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Budget Management: Allocate and track marketing budgets efficiently across channels to ensure cost-effective growth.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to inform innovative campaigns.
- Reporting & Insights: Present performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (agency or in-house).
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with paid social, SEO/SEM, and programmatic advertising.
- Social Media Mastery: Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- KOL Management: Experience in influencer marketing, from outreach to contract negotiation and performance tracking.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) with exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities.
