Responsibility

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram platforms.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital channels.

  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.
