Responsibility

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copy, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Manage content calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to ensure consistent, timely publishing.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design, PR, and events teams to produce integrated marketing materials for digital and on-site activations.
  • Build and nurture online communities through interactive content, live sessions, and influencer/ambassador partnerships.
  • Support on-ground marketing efforts, including event coordination, booth setups, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Proven track record of growing social media followings and engagement for brands or organizations.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
