Responsibility
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns to engage target audiences.
- Create high-quality video content and multimedia assets to enhance brand storytelling and user engagement.
- Plan, launch, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across multiple digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and content gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content (written, video, or graphic) that drives traffic and conversions.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other marketing automation tools.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
