Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising channels.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Grow and manage the company’s social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for innovation.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective advertising tools.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other performance-tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
