Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create, curate, and optimize SEO-friendly content (blogs, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns) tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) with data-driven insights.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance metrics (traffic, CTR, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and UX to improve organic rankings and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
