Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and optimize SEO-friendly content (blogs, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns) tailored to target audiences.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) with data-driven insights.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, CTR, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
- Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and UX to improve organic rankings and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, content, or growth strategies.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies for better performance.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or video editing is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
