Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEM, social media, and display advertising.
- Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms to increase brand awareness and audience interaction.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to provide actionable reporting.
- Plan and execute promotional events and flash sales to drive traffic and conversion rates on the PG Mall platform.
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing budgets, ensuring optimal spend and high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality, creative assets for multi-channel campaigns.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO best practices.
- Exceptional copywriting and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in interpreting marketing analytics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving.
