Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality digital content across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, including influencer partnerships and paid promotions.
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep Skyro at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Train and mentor junior team members on digital engagement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s digital landscape and cultural nuances is advantageous.
