Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for TikTok and major marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
- Create and optimize product listings, including high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and SEO-friendly keywords.
- Plan and execute live-selling sessions, promotions, and campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Engage with customers through comments, messages, and reviews to build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, TikTok algorithms, and competitor activities.
- Generate reports on key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI) and present insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in beauty, wellness, or retail.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, including TikTok Shop, live streaming, and influencer collaborations.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics or similar.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
