Responsibility
- Create and design digital assets, including websites, social media graphics, and digital marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital presence remains cutting-edge.
- Optimize digital assets for maximum speed and scalability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Ensure all digital designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
- Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
