Responsibility
- Develop and optimize e-commerce listings, including high-quality images, A+ content, and persuasive copy to enhance product visibility and conversions.
- Localize content for regional markets, ensuring cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy, and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Design and execute creative assets (banners, infographics, videos) aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO tools and analytics, implementing improvements based on insights.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform algorithms (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Tokopedia), and best practices for content optimization.
- Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely delivery of assets for promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for content variations to identify high-performing formats and refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital content creation, e-commerce, or brand management, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central) and their content requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail, brand consistency, and user-centric design.
