Responsibility
- Define and prioritize product features for digital banking platforms based on business goals and customer needs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging customer experiences
- Work closely with stakeholders to align product roadmaps with business objectives
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, implementing improvements based on data-driven insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards throughout the product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital banking or fintech
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products from concept to launch
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Experience with API integrations and third-party payment systems
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar is a plus
