Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party dashboards.
- Create and A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience managing paid digital ad campaigns with a track record of driving conversions.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (certifications are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for ad copy and client reporting.
- Experience with SEO principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing priorities in a remote or hybrid setting.
