Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end execution of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including setup, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, adjusting budgets, creatives, and audience segments to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and visuals to identify high-performing variations.
- Implement and maintain tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tags to ensure accurate data collection.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot ad delivery issues, disapprovals, or policy violations and resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align ad strategies with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in paid advertising, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of optimizing paid campaigns with measurable improvements in KPIs (ROAS, CPA, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with ad trafficking tools (e.g., DoubleClick, Sizmek) is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are highly advantageous.
