Responsibility
- Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch and collection of specimens, documents, and kits.
- Maintain a log of all dispatch and collection activities for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any dispatch-related issues.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during the handling and transportation of items.
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks to ensure the reliability and safety of the dispatch vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and courtesy during all interactions.
- Assist in the organization and management of the dispatch section to improve efficiency.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to dispatch and logistics operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or dispatch is a plus.
- Proven experience as a despatch rider or in a similar role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of the local area and routes in Bali.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of the role.
