Responsibility
- Develop and refine print-ready designs (brochures, packaging, marketing collateral) aligned with client brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Singapore-based teams to ensure timely, high-quality print production, from proofing to delivery.
- Manage file preparation (bleed, resolution, color modes) for various print techniques (offset, digital, large format).
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot design/print issues and optimize costs.
- Maintain a digital asset library for reusable templates, fonts, and graphics.
- Stay updated on design trends and print innovations to propose creative solutions.
- Ensure QA checks on all materials before submission to print partners.
- Document workflows and best practices for remote collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in print design and production, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PDF preflight tools.
- Strong understanding of print specifications (CMYK, Pantone, die-cutting, finishing techniques).
- Excellent communication skills to bridge remote teams across Singapore and Bali.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a cross-time-zone setting.
- Portfolio showcasing print-ready designs and problem-solving in production.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
