Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing E&I projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely procurement, installation, and commissioning of E&I components.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Prepare progress reports, financial forecasts, and client presentations to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to local and international codes (e.g., IEC, NEC) and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in E&I project management within the construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from tender to handover.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV), control systems (DCS/PLC), and instrumentation (sensors, transmitters).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
