Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and institutionalization of the company’s operating system to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term operational strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all operational teams.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of cross-functional projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing operational systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is highly desirable.
