Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Oversee crude sourcing, product sales, and trading activities to optimize profitability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize margins and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial operations within the energy sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in crude sourcing, product sales, and trading.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali.
