Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and department workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage departmental filing systems, documentation, and records management.
  • Assist in the scheduling of internal meetings, workshops, and team events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for departmental inquiries and inter-departmental communications.
  • Prepare and update internal reports, presentations, and process documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
