As a Dental Receptionist cum Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support while also assisting dental professionals during procedures. Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using dental practice management software.
- Handle patient inquiries, billing, and insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist dental professionals during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Maintain patient records and update electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with dental labs and suppliers to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office tasks.
- Ensure the reception area and treatment rooms are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) with valid work authorization in Indonesia.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare receptionist role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to assist with clinical tasks and adhere to infection control protocols.
